Adding ticket types and scheduling ticket drops

What a ticket type is

Every event has one or more ticket types — each with its own name, price and capacity. Guests choose a ticket type at checkout, and each type sells out independently of the others.

Adding multiple ticket types

Add as many ticket types as you need. When you edit an event later, your changes are applied individually — adding a new type, updating an existing one, or removing one — rather than replacing the whole list.

Pricing rules

A ticket type can be free, or priced at £1 or more — Covered doesn't support prices between £0 and £1.

Scheduling when tickets go on sale

Optionally set an “on sale from” date and time for a ticket type — a ticket drop — so it only becomes available to buy from that moment, even if the event itself is already published.
