Understanding platform fees and payouts

Covered charges a small platform fee on each paid ticket. You choose who covers it in Settings → Payments & payouts — either you absorb it, or it's added as a separate line at checkout for the customer to pay.

Payouts themselves go through Stripe, on Stripe's own schedule, straight to the bank account you connected.
