From Settings → Team, enter an email address and choose a role — see “Understanding roles and permissions” for what each role can do. The invite shows in a separate “Pending invitations” list, with an expiry date (7 days from when it was sent), until it's accepted — it can be revoked any time before then.
You can change someone's role or remove them from the team at any point from the same page — except the current owner, who can only be changed by transferring ownership.
