Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Covered, a platform that lets venues list ticketed events and lets guests discover and book them. By using Covered, you agree to these terms. This is a general-purpose placeholder policy and will be replaced with a finalised version.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login details secure. Venues are responsible for the accuracy of the events, pricing and availability they list.

When you make a booking, you enter into an agreement directly with the venue for that event. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. A platform fee is added to paid bookings and shown clearly before you confirm. Prices, availability and capacity are set by the venue.

Cancellation and refund terms may vary by venue and event. Where a refund is due, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Contact the venue or our support team if you need help with a booking.

Venues using Covered agree to honour confirmed bookings, maintain accurate capacity and pricing information, and comply with applicable law, including in relation to payments and payouts made through our payment partner, Stripe.

You agree not to misuse Covered, including attempting to disrupt the service, access data you're not authorised to see, or use the platform for fraudulent bookings or listings.

Covered provides the platform connecting guests and venues but is not responsible for the conduct of venues or the quality of events. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Covered is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Covered after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
