Email marketing plans and sending limits

Free allowance

Every venue and promoter can send up to 250 marketing emails a month at no cost — no signup required. This includes test sends as well as real campaign sends. The “Emails sent” counter in the Marketing sidebar, and on Settings, shows how much of that you've used this calendar month; it resets on the 1st.

Paid plans

Marketing → Upgrade raises that limit with a monthly subscription:

• Starter — 10,000 emails/month, £9/month

• Growth — 30,000 emails/month, £19/month

• Pro — 75,000 emails/month, £39/month

• Scale — 200,000 emails/month, £79/month

If you hit your limit

A campaign that would push you over your monthly limit is blocked before it sends, showing exactly how many you've used and how many more that campaign needs. Upgrading to a higher plan takes effect, and is charged, immediately. Downgrading or cancelling takes effect at the end of your current billing period — cancelling then reverts you to the 250/month free allowance.
